Description: S.i. Systems manufacturing client in North Vancouver is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in process improvement and change management to join their team for an initial contract, with the intention of this position becoming a permanent role after three months.

REQUIREMENTS
- Document and Analyze Business process streams
- Increase business unit effectiveness and efficiency through improvements by enhancing/creating processes that reduce overall cost or time to delivery
- Document current and future state business process flows
- Identify and assess impacts of changes affecting the organization and end user adoption.
- Facilitate the capture & documentation of functional and non-functional user requirements as needed on projects
- Prepare implementation plans, including business processes, end user documentation and training strategy
- Record, report and analyze process metrics and measurements
- Provide regular updates to users and management to track issues and success
- Coordinate and communicate Operational Effectiveness change efforts between all support and business function
Specialization and Skills:
Business Analysis Business Analyst 5 - 7 years
Business Process Reengineering 5 - 7 years
