Description: 3 Positions to Fill. One of our clients recently migrated content from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint 2010. The migration was successful however several outstanding issues remain to be resolved. An example of this would be third party tools not deploying properly requiring correction. At least 2 sites will also need to be re-deployed in other environments to ensure additional functionality can be added.

Required are several SharePoint Support Resources to join the clients SharePoint team to resolve the issues and also provide operational support to business users as internal staff have been reallocated from the group to other areas as needed.
 
The roles available are classed as either:
 
 
  1. Jr SharePoint Consultant
  2. Intermediate SharePoint Consultant

The Jr. SharePoint Consultants are required to have the following “Must Have” skills:
 
 
  1. 2+ years of demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft SharePoint 2010
  2. 2+ years of demonstrated experience working with troubleshooting and writing HTML and CSS

For the Jr. SharePoint Consultants the following are considered “Desirable”
 
 
 
  1. 1+ year of demonstrated experience in a role identifying and documenting business requirements, interpreting business needs and proposing improvements to increase the effectiveness of the business in a SharePoint environment
  2. 1+ year of experience building and delivering business solutions with SharePoint OOTB features and third-party tools
  3. 1+ year demonstrated experience working with SharePoint Designer
  4. 1+ year demonstrated experience supporting/training SharePoint 2010 users
  5. Technical Certificate from an accredited educational institution

The Intermediate SharePoint Consultants are required to have the following “Must Have” skills:
 
 
  1. 2+ years demonstrated experience in working with MOSS2007
  2. 3+ years demonstrated experience working with Microsoft SharePoint 2010
  3. 3+ years demonstrated experience working with troubleshooting and writing HTML and CSS

For the Intermediate SharePoint Consultants, the following are considered “Desirable”
 
 
  1. 1+ year demonstrated experience working with Quest/Dell Tools for SharePoint (Quick Apps and Migration Manager)
  2. 2+ year demonstrated experience in a role identifying and documenting business requirements, interpreting business needs and proposing improvements to increase the effectiveness of the business in a SharePoint environment
  3. 2+ years demonstrated experience building and delivering business solutions with SharePoint OOTB features and third-party tools
  4. 2+ years demonstrated experience working with SharePoint Designer
  5. 2+ years demonstrated experience supporting/training SharePoint 2010 users
  6. Four year technical degree
