Position: Intermediate UAT Tester to assist with a Platform migration project for a major banking client x2
Duration: 12 months with possibile extension
Location: Remote until after labour day weekend then 1-2 times a week in office.

Job Description:
The UAT tester will be are joining the UAT Center of Excellence team to assist with the Platform migration project currently in development. Candidates will be responsible to document and execute test cases. The selected candidate will be joining an existing team of UAT testers and UAT lead. The team will be working together using MS Teams for internal communication. Daily touch points with UAT team and weekly meetings with the project team and lines of business as required.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Focusing on execution
• Running existing test cases (already created)
• Raising defects
• Tracking defects in ALM/JIRA
• Sharing defects with team/business
• Production implementation verification
• Daily stand up meetings
Must-Have Skills:
• 4+ years UAT experience
• 4+ years testing Mobile, Tablet, and banking systems
• Banking exp
Nice to have Skills:
• Agile/Scrum
• Business background with technical focus
• SDLC experience
Interview Process:
Potentially 2 round (30 mins) on MS Teams
Behavioral questions, getting to know you, assessing personality fit
