Our GTA, Municipal Government client requires a Business Analyst with Supply Chain Management experience to support Application upgrade projects.

The purpose of the Businesss Systems State of Good Repair (SOGR) project is to support all application upgrades, enhancement, migration, rewrites, and the movement from the respective servers to extend the life of the applications.
The Business Analyst will conduct business needs assessments and prepare documentation to support the initiatives, including, but not limited to, current state, future state and gap analysis; business, functional, and non-functional requirements; solution and process modelling. He or she will work closely with the business, architectural, vendors, and technical teams to deliver the Business Systems SOGR objectives. 

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business/Systems Analyst, and/or Business Architect
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Supply chain Management
  • Developing use cases, validating test cases and relevant documentation related to business analysis including plans, presentations and solution implementation
  • Experience in initiatives involving IT systems and multiple stakeholders
  • Extensive experience with complex IT systems integration
  • Knowledge of case management
  • ITIL, CBAP, PBA, Scrum Master and/or PMP certification
  • Public Service and Transit experience
