• Assist and provide support with the development, deployment, implementation, and sustainment of the Corporate Functions Compliance Program in alignment with CF Oversight Standard and Target Operating Model (CF Standard) and Global Compliance Operating Standards/Procedures
• Support the CF Compliance Relationship Managers with analysis and activities related to regulatory compliance management pillars such as Governance, Regulatory Relations, Regulatory Obligations, CRCA, Testing, Monitoring, Issues Management, and Reporting.
• Assist with the maintenance of the CF Standard and any associated supporting policies and procedures
• Support the CF RCM Program implementation activities by assisting in the development and updating of training materials, job aids, process workflows and communication for stakeholders
• Support regulatory compliance reporting with respect to CF in conjunction with Enterprise Compliance Reporting, and Business Line Compliance teams and Enterprise Compliance Operations
• Assist in gathering documents needed for responses to inquiries from internal audit or regulatory bodies as they relate to Corporate Functions Compliance
• Maintain awareness and understanding of existing policies and procedures to identify gaps created by new processes and recommend changes accordingly
• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
• Participates in an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas with respect to regulatory compliance risk, conduct risk, privacy risk and Code of Conduct, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, New Initiatives Risk Assessment (NIRA), Privacy Risk Framework, and the Code of Conduct
• Contribute to other activities and initiatives of Corporate Function Compliance as required.

Must Have Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• 5+ years of previous audit and risk management experience
• Strong understanding of the role of Corporate Functions and related compliance risk management requirements
• 3+ years of excellent skills in SharePoint, Visio, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Previous experience with OpenPages
• Preferable candidate who is bilingual (Spanish)

Degrees or certifications:
• A degree/designation in business administration, law, accounting, or finance and/or extensive experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing
