Reporting To: Service Desk Operations Manager
What we do: We enable our clients to get on with their working day by helping fix their IT problems, from password resets, setting up software on laptops and mobile devices, to more perplexing IT issues.
Must haves:
Team Size and Environment? (Open concept, loud, interactive, etc.) Org of 45 -50 agents made of smaller teams of 10-14 agents
Schedule (Daily Start/End time): Monday to Friday in rotation. 9am-5pm, 10am – 6pm, 11am – 7pm, 5pm-1:30am There may also be a requirement to work weekends

- 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician setting up software on laptops and mobile devices
- Bilingual- English and French
- Experience with Active Directory or ServiceNow
- Banking/FI experience
