Location: WFH - will be hybrid during the fall 1-2 days per week
Contract Length: 6 Months
Overview:
The role operates within the Portfolio & Change Management (PCM) group and will function primarily as a Business Analyst (BA) in support of the Regulatory Tax Operations arm of the Business & Client Services (BCS) department where project drivers include: Business or Process improvements, technology enhancement or system implementations, operational risk reduction, quality improvement, regulatory soundness, cost reduction, etc.
The successful candidate will be assigned to work on supporting analysis and trade logic requirements for the application to a Canadian Tax Regulation associated with the bank's internal LEAF project. The incumbent will work directly with relevant participants to define project parameters, success criteria, solutions, and timelines while deploying best practices in process analysis, requirements documentation, project planning, testing, and stakeholder communication.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of hands on BA work ideally with large financial/banking/investment banking companies
- Document BRD’s and Jiras
- Data analysis and data set management involving heavy use of excel, macros and SQL
- Create business process map diagrams for existing and proposed operational processes.
- Identify UAT test packs
Nice to Have:
- CBAP
- RBC experience
