Job Description:

Are you a strong teammate with a reputation for attention to detail and a drive for change? As Business Analyst for the ServiceNow APM module, you provide broad business governance and control related process, research, evaluation, operations, testing, reporting and analytical support. In this role, you will be expected to use sound knowledge in your functional area to analyze key issues and recommend solutions in weekly to monthly timeframes. In addition, you will:
• Provide business governance and control related research, evaluation, testing / assessment, reporting, review of business performance/ processes/ initiatives, operational and / or analytical support
• Develop and/or prepare applicable business metrics / standard / ad hoc reporting in collaboration with partners and stakeholders to support decisions
• Review processes and controls and identify issues and control deficiencies to increase standardization of solutions, processes and controls
• Be knowledgeable of practices, procedures, and trends within area of responsibility
• Participate as a member of the team, support a positive work environment and ensure timely communication
• Support team by regularly enhancing knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer
• Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques
• Investigate and analyze potential solutions; ensure processes and functional programs are implemented
• Build the business case by collaborating with stakeholders defining project benefits measures and effort estimates to achieve benefit results/objectives
• Ensure traceability of requirements/user stories to the business solution and benefits realization throughout project.
• Proactively identify and manage and track requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints
• Collaborate with other delivery partners to support development of: system requirements, architecture design, test strategies/plans, change strategies to ensure business needs are met
• Manage vendor relationships from a business perspective for the solutions aligned to assigned capabilities
