Int. Change Management Coordinator to support execution of new workspace for large banking client - 40355

Location: Toronto (remote/hybrid)
Duration: 7 months (possibility of extension)
 
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be supporting the relationship management team in Corporate Real Estate with the execution phase of a new working space (~ 350,000 sq/ft and will support ~3,500 employees, opening Fall 2022). The selected candidate will serve as a right-hand to the hiring manager and is responsible for strategic and tactical lead-up to move change management activities.
 
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• The selected candidate will be working closely with the team as a support agent inside the bank
• Has experience with Change Management, and has the ability to move things forward without needing assistance to facilitate calendar lookups, sending info, documents, visuals, etc.
• Pull material together for Line of Business specific presentation – create draft that can be reviewed / finalized by the team
• Capture operational, workspace, technology, and other items that are coming up through conversations so they can be embedded in the Change Journey
• Support inclusion of specific points into materials like FAQs, change management, Comms – support with questions that are coming in from FRAs on Teams and via email
• Capture and consolidate feedback from the various forums (especially the one where Colliers might not have presence)
• Scheduled Future Ready Ambassador calls – Understand the agenda at least 2 weeks ahead of the call, reach out to relevant contributors, ensuring timelines are communicated and met; follow ups as needed to adhere to timeline allowing for review/finalization
• Sit in on some peripheral meetings and bring back items that need to be embedded in our change Management material
 
Must-Have Skills:
• Previous Change Management experience in Corporate Real Estate or HR.
Stakeholder management experience
• Strong PowerPoint skills
 
Nice to Have Skills:
• Prosci or PCMP an asset
• Banking or Financial industry experience
