Our client is looking for an Intermediate (4+ years) Customer Service Representative to performs front-line client services with-in financial services industry (132885-1)

Must Haves: 
  • 4+ years in a customer service role with front-line client service responsibilities 
  • Experience with-in the financial services industry would be a huge asset 
  • Experience maintaining client files, performing data entry and account processing duties (e.g. verifying accuracy of transactions)
  • Experience with data entry and performing various clerical duties which require and strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals via phone, email, or in-person to answer questions, disseminate or explain product information, and address complaint
  • Advanced user proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, spreadsheet/financial accounting skills, and any other related accounting software is an asset
