Our Banking Client is seeking an Intermediate Bilingual Client Implementation Manager to support implementation of electronic statements for customers. - 42428
6 months contract to start, Possibilities of extensions; Ideal location: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, or Montreal. Remote for now , Post Covid - Hybrid.
Must Have:
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end client implementation process
• Manage and coordinate on-boarding of existing bank customers to the eStatement Only proposition.
• Manage the ongoing maintenance of complete and accurate client documentation
• Work with other relevant departments and ensure all documentation, policy, procedural and service issues are resolved and implemented
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required reporting of departmental activities
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the key stakeholders
• Monitor system performance and ensure customers are notified of delivery delays and system-related issues

Must Have:
- Experience with On-boarding processes, Client documentations of Financial/Banking Customer.
- Fluent business communication skills in French and English
- Strong Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to understand a customer’s business and the fundamentals of running a business
- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
