Our public sector client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst for identifying, gathering, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of end-users in a particular area (152762)
Must Haves
  • 5 Years of experience gathering requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, cases scenarios, business analysis, and business process modeling
  • Experience working closely with clients and performing at least four of the following activities - interviewing business clients; planning, executing and supporting requirements change management
  • Experience in planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience working on concurrent projects spanning multiple technical environments
  • Experience with triaging user requirement issues/problems and troubleshooting
  • Experience in leading Business Analysis practice in IT projects
  • Experience in process map development
Nice to Have
  • Plan and create business analysis activities including prioritization and approval process to execute throughout project (i.e. BA Plan, UAT Plan, etc).
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions to understand business and technology changes, to support change management and business readiness activities, to plan and execute change management activities
  • Provide and develop Business Analysis support material (i.e. business requirements documentation, process mapping, gap analysis, use cases, test scripts) that is consumable to the targeted audience
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers and project team
  • Work with stakeholders, business units, and project team to prioritize business requirements
  • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards and governance
  • Provide process models, specifications, diagrams and charts to clarify and validate processes with the business and guide development teams
  • Evaluate alignment with solution scope to support the delivery value measurable evaluation criteria to assess the success of the change (i.e. User Stories, Use Cases, acceptance criteria)
