Our Professional Services Client is in need of a Intermediate Desktop Support Technician to Provide Level 1 support
Must Have:
- 5+ years experience as a Desktop Support Technician providing Level 1 support
- Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, Network, Hardware troiuble-shooting and repair
- Monitioring issues technical issues and escalting when required
- 2+ years formal Computer Science education
Nice to Haves:
- ITIL certification
- Previous Professional Services experience
