Intermediate Field Technical Analyst to setup, maintain and administer End User computing device images and software installations

Must haves:

• Experience applying Windows operating system images to devices including laptops, desktops, and tablets.
• Ability to identify and migrate user data between desktop devices.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of peripherals including docks, printers, monitors.
• Experience working on a variety of assignments in a technical/analytical role, providing end user support in an Information Technology organization, with experience installing and maintaining end-user device configurations.
• Installation and troubleshooting of software as required.
• Asset Management experience using ITSM Tools for tracking, recording CI information throughout lifecycle
