Our Calgary based client is looking for an Intermediate MS Dynamics Support Analyst to working on development, design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (CRM, Marketing, Commerce and Finance/Ops modules) for our public-sector client.

The successful applicant will be tasked with helping resolve application support incidents, resolve user issues, provide user training, develop code/configuration fixes, perform enhancements as needed and providing operational support; and knowledge transfer and mentoring of staff.

Calgary-Based role. Hybrid work schedule is required (2-3 days in office and 2 days working remotely). 37.5 hours/week 


Must have's for the role: 
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting of Dynamics 365 (Marketing and Customer Service modules​)
  • 5+ years' experience as an Application Support Analyst designing, implementing, and documenting, and supporting software solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Apps Portals, and Power Virtual Agent


Nice to have's for the role: 
  • Certification as a MS Dynamics Partner MCSA: Microsoft Dynamics CRM or MCSA: Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Operations
  • Previous work experience with Municipal or other large Government Organizations related to development tools and technologies;
  • Experience providing disaster recovery solutions in the instance of a Dynamics 365 failure;
