Our Public Sector client is seeking an Intermediate Organizational Change Manager to support an Enterprise Commons upgrade project for increased efficiency and integration between Finance, Human Resources, Inventory, and Warehouse Management. 
 
Mandatory Skills:
  • 3+ years experience as an Organizational Change Manager
  • Change management Certifications
  • Experience with deploying new, highly complex technical solutions
 
Desirable Skills:
  • CCMP Certification
 
Description:
  • Responsible for change management activities as outlined in the Enterprise Commons Business Readiness Strategy 
  • Accurately identifying changes being made to process, roles, data and technology within Enterprise Commons
  • Working with a variety of impacted stakeholder groups across the City organization to identify the impacts of changes being made within their business areas
  • Monitoring and tracking success of mitigation strategies and adoption
  • Assisting with creating strategies and content to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders for Enterprise Commons as required
  • Contribute to the identification of activities and deliverables that will ensure a greater degree of adoption and sustainment of the planned changes within a Project / Program
  • Ensure the consistent application of Change Management discipline throughout an initiative when developing actionable and targeted change management plans – including Stakeholder Impact Analysis, Change Plan, Business Readiness Assessment etc.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
