Intermediate Scrum Master to assist with CRM Integration Project for a large Banking Client - 25972
Location Address: HYBRID - Scarborough
Contract Duration: 5 months contract depending on start date
Extension: Possible
Program: Salesforce Integration with the bank Applications to present Marketing Leads and Opportunities to Financial Advisors on the Salesforce platform.
Reason for request: Scrum Master required to support teams with the dependencies and coordination of many Business and Technological components.
Must Have Skills:
• High level of DevOps understanding with ability to coach team on concepts through demonstration and support
• Previous experience with DevOps transformation or engineering practices
Typical Day in Role:
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to deliver team members requiring to elevate their cross-functional skillset and self-management abilities
• Facilitate, participate in, and support team Agile Events. (Daily Stand Up, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Estimation and Retrospectives):
• Ensure all technology and business resources are engaged and supported within Sprints and Releases
• Ability to identify/communicate leading indicators (risk that impeded delivery) and to raise accordingly to the Program (data driven approach)
• Timely escalation of blockers within Sprints
• Ensure Sprint activities include Dev/Ops deliverables / tasks
• Ensure Jira/Agile Tools are setup and groomed daily to ensure accuracy of delivery. Support the best use of existing tools and identify/create new ones, whenever required, to elevate Agile delivery capabilities
• Implement and monitor metrics to gauge team’s efficiency, and effectiveness, by improving their capacity to identify and resolve causes of delay and building a sustainable model
• Lead and facilitate workshops for team members to foster continuous improvement, build agreements, and promote a shared understanding in alignment with business vision, roadmap, and dependencies with other Teams to include:
• Identifying and enabling practice advocacy among team members
• Foster effective communications to reduce or eliminate waiting times with partner functions
• Help to accelerate the evolution of the Agile maturity of Teams
• In some instances, help to design and to implement strategies to improve organizational Agility
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering, business, information sciences, or other related fields
• Certified Scrum Professional Certification or similar advanced certification (CST) is an asset
• Kanban Certified Professional or similar advanced Certification (AKP) is an asset

• Initial ADEP screen video conference interview 30 minutes with HM & members of the team
• Panel interview (various team members) meeting video conference 1 hour
• Program/Business Partner Acceptance meeting video conference 30 minutes

- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience and/or leading large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects
- Experience with Lean Change Management approaches
- Proven experience acting as Scrum Master/ Agile Lead in dynamic technical environments
- Deep knowledge of Agile-Lean principles and practices, and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
- Technical experience with large scale software delivery
- Ability to utilize Jira and snapshots of metrics (i.e., leveraging existing excel Program Burnup)
- Intermediate knowledge of excel to support above
