Our client in the Education sector is seeking an Intermediate Scrum Master to implement a scrum team and coach business operations teams in adopting, implementing and improving Agile practices.
Location: Remote – will have the opportunity to work in person in Waterloo.
Duration: 14 months with possibilities of FTE.
In direct support of Client's implementation of a vendor-based enterprise system and agile transformation, the Scrum Master will be focused on the coaching of business operations teams to assist them in adopting, implementing, and improving Agile practices in coordination with information technology staff and vendor(s).

- Facilitate and implement a Scrum team structure to finish the transition to a new enterprise system.
- Coach Product Owners and team members to increase the effectiveness of continuous improvement practices across an enterprise system implementation project.
- Leverage organizational strategies to maximize output and productivity.
- Organize and optimize technical resources and expertise to connect with cyclical business processes.
