Our public secotr client is looking for an Intermediate Service Desk Manager to adopt and optimize the use of OAG Digital products and services.
 
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the individual is responsible for client relationships with audit and shared services functions at the OAG and informs the ongoing introduction of service to meet the unique needs of the organization. The position delivers every aspect of end user experience including design, introduction, delivery and support of products and services. This position also leads the CASS Service Desk.
 
MUST HAVE
  • User expereince focused
  • 5+ years Service desk experience
NICE TO HAVE
  • Project Management experience
  • Leadership experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding new employees, MACs, and Offboarding). 
  • Building Digital Literacy of the organization, with a primary focus on proficiency of staff to utilize office systems in their day-to-day work. 
  • Change management (user experience approval gate). 
This position is required to be onsite at our Victoria office part- or full-time. On-call is a requirement of this position.
