Our client is looking for an Intermediate Software Developer to help develop and maintain an internal Workflow Application

Must Have's:
  • 3+ years Experience as a developer 
  • Sharepoint
  • Experiences with RPA and AI tools and platforms, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Key Vault considered as asset
  • Experience in programming/scripting with C#, SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript and general knowledge of modern development tools
  • Experience in application integration using APIs
Overview:
Working as part of the Application Development team under the direct supervision of the Team Lead, and reporting to the Manager of the Product Delivery department, this position is responsible for developing, documenting, maintaining and supporting workflow and automation application solutions. The successful candidate will create and construct workflow and automation solutions, ensure requirements are met, best practices are exercised, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of business processes and IS&T services.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business pain-points and processes, and identify opportunities for process/workflow enhancement, automation and digitization to generate efficiencies
  • Contribute to operational efficiencies and error reduction by designing, developing, configuring, testing, and implementing workflow and automation solutions in adherence to defined standard operating procedures
  • Participate in discovery, testing, design, development and deployment strategy of new features and enhancements
  • Understand Agile concepts and values, and leverage these in daily activities
  • Take active ownership in the security and protection of member and organizational data
  • Provide support to end users on existing workflows in collaboration with the rest of the Product Delivery team 
  •  Resolve application related issues in the incident queue in a timely manner and document steps and resolution as required
  • Develop and provide work estimates and progress updates to sponsors and stakeholders in a timely manner
 Nice to Have's:
  • Proficient knowledge of M365 and MS Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience in Windows Server, IIS, and relational databases preferred
