Our client is seeking a Intermediate Supply Chain Administrator to work within a Contingent Workforce Program.
Must have:
Must have:
- 8+ years’ experience in Contingent Workforce Program management or the equivalent working experience within SCM management with exposure to Contingent Worker Programs
- Established knowledge of contracting and procurement activities including the ability to negotiate and draft contractual & commercial terms
- Strong data entry skills
- SAP SCM Modules
- SharePoint
- Liaison with hiring supervisors to guide them through the contingent worker acquisition process and provide recruitment subject matter expertise based on business needs
- Create and maintain SCM records through the contract and purchase orderlifecycle including candidate, client and job records
- Conduct regular follow up with hiring supervisors to ensure recruitment success and to provide early mitigation of issues
- Review and interpret market trend knowledge and analysis including general availability of skills, rate guidelines, attrition tracking, guidance on various regulatory, industry standards and best practices issues surrounding contingent workforce
