Business Group: GWRT - US Technology – Represents technology governance office for the CIO. Manages all aspects of governance including polices and produces, project execution and delivery, as well as monthly reporting.
Project: The Office of the CIO’s organization is seeking a seasoned Technical Analyst to streamline and manage governance processes from design to reporting. The person in this role will be a subject matter expert (SME) in business requirements gathering, projects monthly KPIs reporting, and will provide guidance and support during change efforts.

The person in this role will be a subject matter expert (SME) in business requirements gathering, projects monthly KPIs reporting, and will provide guidance and support during change efforts.
Typical Day in Role:
- Work as part of the Technology Governance Office (TGO) to monitor the Program processes according to the Program Governance Model
- Act as Policy Coordinator for GBME US, monitoring compliance with document renewal and dissemination policy. Oversees all US Policy Addendums owned by GBME US from a content point of view. Examples of responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance and consistency of all policy document s with FFEIC guidelines
- Active monitoring of renewals and material changes of Global policies which might trigger changes to US Addendums
- Serving as liaison between GBME US and U.S. Risk Governance and Policy (“USRGaP”) group, representing GBME US in all workshops and decision-making processes at the SBUS level
- Understand, articulate, and implement new and/or updated processes, goals, scope and/or tooling
- Recommends improvements, solutions, and respective implementation plans
- Act as US Technology Management Committee (TMC) Secretary
- Prepare content for all upper management reports, department level meetings, communications, and dashboards
- Perform management and administration tasks, including data quality reviews for all tools developed to support TGO activity: Program dashboard, data input forms, automated reporting tools, department SharePoint site
- Monitor and manage the data collection for key performance indicators across the entire US Technology space
- Understand complex topics and translate them into diagrams and documentation using standard tools
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- 3+ years experience with SharePoint (administration, set-up)
- Recent banking experience
Nice to have Skills:
- Recent experience working on governance projects
- Proficient in Confluence pages design
Education:
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
