Our valued client is looking for a Jnr Bilingual Help Desk Analyst for an initial 6 month contract 100 remote%

- Process or assist with creation or maintenance of IT Services tasks, including but not limited to:
- Employee accounts and account requests processing
- Employee hardware and software issues/requests
- Inventory Management & Control
- Triage & escalation of support requests
- Manage client requests by phone, chat, walk in and ticket submission
- Successful diagnoses, identification, and isolation of problems based upon comments and complaints
- Researches and analyzes problems utilizing own expertise and historical database records
- Responds promptly with appropriate solutions
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases
- Must have strong English and French Language Skills (Verbal, Reading & Written)
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Comply with legislation and Company policies, processes and instructions
Must Have Skills:
- 1+ years of experiecne as a Help Desk Analyst
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Community college with a diploma (IT technician) and/or related experience supporting end users in an IT environment
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and perform thorough troubleshooting
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Interpersonal and professional skills when dealing with IT customers, your team, and other employees
