Our valued client is looking for a Jnr Bilingual Help Desk Analyst for an initial 6 month contract 100 remote% 

  • Process or assist with creation or maintenance of IT Services tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Employee accounts and account requests processing
    • Employee hardware and software issues/requests
    • Inventory Management & Control
    • Triage & escalation of support requests
  • Manage client requests by phone, chat, walk in and ticket submission
  • Successful diagnoses, identification, and isolation of problems based upon comments and complaints
  • Researches and analyzes problems utilizing own expertise and historical database records
  • Responds promptly with appropriate solutions
  • Maintains and updates records and tracking databases
  • Must have strong English and French Language Skills (Verbal, Reading & Written)
  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • Comply with legislation and Company policies, processes and instructions

Must Have Skills:
  • 1+ years of experiecne as a Help Desk Analyst
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Community college with a diploma (IT technician) and/or related experience supporting end users in an IT environment
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and perform thorough troubleshooting
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Interpersonal and professional skills when dealing with IT customers, your team, and other employees
