Jr. Banking Specialist to support Trading Desk for large Banking client - 40424
Location: Montreal (REMOTE)Duration: 6 months
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Job Description:
The Foreign Exchange & Money Market Operations group supports the (FX) Options trading desk by delivering specific operational processes to ensure timely and accurate settlement and confirming the activity is accurately recorded in the bank's book of records.
Job Responsibilities:
• Verify trades in platform/system
• Provide trade details to counter parties to confirm accuracy
• Managing trades in queue
• Work with clients to confirm amounts and premiums to be paid
• Ensure what is booked is what the client intended
• Manage/process payments
• Ensure GLs are in place and accurate
• Identify errors
• Inbox management (questions from clients)
Must Have Skills:
• MS Office 365 knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excel basic formulas
• Banking/FI experience (knowledge of finance/accounting)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bilingual (French)
• SWIFT knowledge
• MX3 platform experience
