Our valued client is seeking a Jr. Bilingual Customer Service Representaitve for a 1 year contract (100% remote)
Responsibilities:
• Responds to customer services inquiries in person, via email or over the phone based on training provided
• Order Entry into multiple applications
• Analyze and interpret customer's situation to respond to and make recommendations related to basic service, order and billing inquiries.
• Provides courteous customer service to all clients/customers concerning account relationships and other customer questions
• Potential opportunities to either up-sell or expand the mix of products and services appropriate to the customer
