Jr. Business Systems Analyst to translate product and technical considerations into business implications and synthesize data into actionable insights - 17675

 
Location: Toronto (REMOTE – EST)
Duration: 6 months (until 12/31/2022)
 
Must have skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong delivery and creation of presentations to leaders at all levels within the organization
2. Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills and can generate multiple solutions to any problem
3. Highly developed personal planning and organizational skills; ability to effectively set priorities; negotiating, initiating, planning and organizing activities; ability to meet deliverables and work with minimal guidance

Nice to have skills:

1. Knowledge of Microsoft Hosted Exchange and website services (website design, hosting, maintenance, and online marketing service, mainly targeted to SMB customers)
2. 3-5 years of experience working with data, analytics, business performance reporting
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a flexible style to lead, motivate and influence with the ability to foster good working relationships at multiple organizational levels
 
Responsibilities:

• Serve as key point of contact with business users for gathering requirements and analysis
• Facilitate/ liaise at all levels within our business as well as associated stakeholders to gather, validate and assess business requirements for projects
• Responsible for process and system changes for corporate and/or business unit initiatives including requirements definition, business case development, risk assessment/ resolution, stakeholder update presentations, user interfaces/ processes and documentation, UAT testing, and GTM activities
• Report on post launch metrics including impact assessment accuracies and providing guidance and support to the project execution resources to drive improvement
• A team player with a proven ability to translate product and technical considerations into business implications as well as to synthesize data into actionable insights.

 
Project details: Candidate will help with the execution of the products divestiture program working closely with external stakeholders. The candidate will gain exposure with internal and external stakeholders and executive management, developing data analytical skills, and deploying a consulting mindset to solve complex issues.
