Main Accountabilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and request information from clients in writing.
- Respond quickly to client inquiries or concerns.
- Responsible for handling changes to client files.
- Handle all inquiries with high attention to detail and accuracy within present timelines.
- College diploma or minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Experience in the financial industry
- Working knowledge of the Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to haves:
- Bilingual is an asset
- Strong letter-writing ability
