Main Accountabilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and request information from clients in writing.
  • Respond quickly to client inquiries or concerns.
  • Responsible for handling changes to client files.
  • Handle all inquiries with high attention to detail and accuracy within present timelines.
Must haves:
  • College diploma or minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial industry 
  • Working knowledge of the Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to haves:
  • Bilingual is an asset
  •  Strong letter-writing ability
