Jr. Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator to support a Conference Center- 41115

Location: Scarborough (on-site)
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension or FT)
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8 am - 4 pm
 
Job Description:
The Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator is accountable for the operations associated with the delivery of learning programs, and day-to-day premises and guest experience support at this cpmference centre. They are part of a larger operations team whose mandate is to support business objectives and create exceptional learning experiences for the center's employees and guests.
The Coordinator works closely with the Enterprise Learning Operations & Guest Experience Team and other partners to support a wide range of operational activities in maintaining the facilities, executing guest experience initiatives, supporting the workplace experience for employees, and administration associated with the scheduling and delivery of learning.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Premises & Guest Experience
• Overseeing a variety of day-to-day operations to support the high standard of guest and employee experiences set for the properties
• Maintaining a high level of health and safety requirements at all times throughout the facilities
• Collaborating with our business partners in responding to premises and guest experience requests as they arise from onsite partners (IT, Facilities, Hospitality)
• Providing onsite support for employees and contractors working
 
Learning Delivery
• Managing operations associated with end-to-end learning program operations
• Schedules resources, sources materials, manages rosters, supports learner and leader inquiries.
• Providing ‘day of’ on-site support for delivery learning programs
 
Must Have Skills:
  • 3+ yrs of experience in a business setting in operations, administration, customer service or technology
  • Experience in a client/customer-facing role
  • Experience managing schedules and/or resources
  • Experience sourcing resources/materials
