Main Accountabilities
- Support the Business Project Management Office (PMO) with planning and oversight of IFRS 9
- Support key PMO governance processes including program reporting dashboards & material, preparation meetings, RAID management and resource forecasting
- Work collaboratively with internal and external team members aligning and controlling an integrated plan with multiple workstreams at the Program Level
- Work with Workstream Project Managers to ensure their schedules and resource forecasts are updated, if changed the appropriate change controls have occurred within the defined criteria.
- Provide support for budget and resource forecast needs
- Work with various Business Groups, assisting with their overall program needs
- 3+ years of experience as a Project control officer supporting large programs with multiple workstreams and inter-dependencies
- Financial/Banking experience
- Excellent user of Excel
- Tableau would be an asset
