Jr. Talent Acquisition Analyst to support Recruitment Operations team for large banking client - 41010

Location: REMOTE (EST hours)
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension or conversion to FT)
 
Job Description:
Recruitment Operations & Governance Team manages end-to-end process for recruitment. This role is a part of the recruitment support team that manages general inquiries from recruiters about our process, policies, and procedures, including Workday specific questions (it is not a recruiter role).
 
Must Have Skills:

• Bilingual (French)
• 2+ yrs experience in a Talent Acquisition/Operations role
• Ability to read and understand technical compliance material
• Knowledge of process, technology, and analyst-type roles

 
Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous financial institution experience
• Workday or Phenom experience (helps with the transition and learn the role)

Job Responsibilities:
• Supports the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent acquisition programs/solutions including all work related to sourcing & recruiting of employees to meet specific business group objectives
• Provides subject matter expertise and advice related to talent acquisition programs & solutions
• Works across the bank to deliver specific operational program activities & results
• Supports day to day operational processes, program management activities & administrative tasks for talent acquisition to achieve business results and deliver the intended employee experience
• Develops operational solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs
• Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on implementation of talent acquisition solutions
• Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions
• Communicates and reinforces talent acquisition principles, programs, process, and standards
• Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core processes
• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations
• Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues
