Typical Day in Role:
- Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
- Coordinates efforts to set up vendors to do nightly installations
- Phases of the project: Pre-conversion includes a lot of L1 support calls to set up OneDrive for bankers; Post-conversion to assist users in troubleshooting, as well as conducting audits on the conversion implementation process, to arrive at final phase of steady-state
- Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to specification floor plans
- Work with branch partners to confirm floor plan set up to ensure assets are on site and owns the conversion piece with the branches
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
- Supports one or more complex coordination business processes
- Works on multiple project streams as a project team member
- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to coordinate deployment services.
- Helping bankers work through the technical process

Must Have Skills:
- 1+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience with OneDrive, MS Teams & O365
- 1+ year providing 1st level customer support
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Project coordination skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines
- Support desk experience
- Bilingual French & English
