Our government client is looking for an IT Analyst (M365 Analyst) to provide support for Power Platform, SharePoint, and related Microsoft 365 products and projects.
**Flexible work schedules are required as work may be required outside core working hours, work designated on weekends, or additional hours on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business
- Analyze and document requirements, business processes, and create artifacts as appropriate for solution design and implementation
- Work with the team to design and implement solutions
- Assist with change management and training activities
- Create and execute test cases and facilitate UAT
Qualifications Ideal candidates must-have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst documenting business and functional requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 applications
- 2 to 3 years of experience writing and executing test cases
- 2 to 3 years of experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- 1 to 3 years of experience participating in change management and training
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Demonstrated superior analytical, problem solving and judgement skills
- Ability to learn and quickly comprehend technical and business concepts
- Ability to work well under pressure and able to manage simultaneous priorities, pressures, and deadlines Preference will be given to candidates with the following: a. Experience working with SharePoint Online and Teams b. Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI & Power Automate) c. Experience using ShareGate d. Working for public agencies and/or social service organizations
