Our large banking client is looking for a Junior Office Clerk to perform various administrative and customer service related duties (133059-1). 

Must Haves: 
  • 2+ years experience in an office clerk position performing various administrative and customer service related duties, which include but are not limited to:
    • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints
    • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
    • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
    • Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
    • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
  • Banking industry experience and business function knowledge
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
