Our financial client is looking for an Junior Office Clerk to perform various administrative and customer service related duties in Toronto - 133277-1

Must Haves: 
  • 2+ years experience in an Office Clerk position performing various Administrative and Customer Service related duties
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint)
  • Post-Secondary education required
Nice to Have:
  • Banking/financial industry experience 
  • Prior knowledge in BTS, CDS applications is an asset.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to facilitate client transfer in/out requests (Verify client transfer documents and process each request with accuracy, precision and timeliness)
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints 
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
  • Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
