Lead Technical Developer to implement a pricing submissions portal in Java on an Azure cloud platform

Our Provincial client is looking for a technical lead developer to assist on the following tasks:

• a) Have development experience with major development platforms such as webservice, Java, .NET, Oracle eBiz, Talend ETL, Microsoft Azure development;
• b) Have development experience developing services and application programming interfaces;
• c) Have technical skills developing API/database integrations;
• d) Have development experience developing UI, front-end development;
• e) Participated in full-life cycle software development;
• f) Be familiar with agile development methodology;
• g) Have experience in the definition, design, implementation of test automation solutions
• h) Experience with SOA/BPM pattern/practices
• i)  Experience with Azure Git Repository –
• j) Experience with strong development skill in JAVA and SharePoint web interface programming language (C# or ASP.net)
• k) Experience working at a senior management level
• l) In-depth experience with development projects preferably agile methodology
• m) Experience successfully executing transformational significant change, including knowledge transfer
• n) Working experience on enterprise-wide projects
• ?o) superior communication, facilitation and leadership skills
