Responsibilities:
1) Executes with GWO’s strategic goals in mind while planning and implementing initiatives.
2) Understands the Bank’s 3-Lines of Defense Model and how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
3) Plans, manages, implements and reports on all assigned projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Provides project delivery guidance / support to project-related GWO leadership.
4) Documents processes and procedures, establishes / enhances existing data / reporting repositories, creates learning / training materials, organization charts, policy frameworks, KRIs, audit controls and other mechanisms required to implement the NFRR RRTOM and other initiatives as required.
5)Liaises with cross-functional teams of stakeholders and external vendors (if applicable) to facilitate all phases of the project lifecycle. Uses negotiation and influencing skills to build consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups to ensure a common approach towards timely completion of project deliverables.
6) Develops project approach, work break-down structure (WBS) and detailed project schedule for all projects and related work-streams. Involves key subject matter experts to develop effort estimates, timelines, resource requirements and cost estimates. Defines roles and accountabilities to execute the project leveraging existing policies, processes, structures and resources to minimize waste and optimize reusability.
7) Follows established enterprise project management procedures, and manages scope to deliver the expected project outcomes within agreed-upon time, cost, and quality parameters. Effectively manages project change, in order to respond to changing needs.
8) Monitors and reports on project milestones, financial delivery and resource availability, creating and delivering project management reporting packages and dashboards as needed and at the level of granularity required.
9) Documents Risks and Issues. Develops Risk management plans and manages Issues to resolution. Escalates Risks prior to them becoming Issues.


Must Have Skills:
1) 7+ years of experience in an operations/business analyst type of role
2) 3+ years of Capital Markets experience
3) 3+ years of Regulatory Reporting experience
4) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

1) Change management experience
