Must Haves
- 10 years' experience in the business system analysis industry
- 5+ years' experience working as a BSA on agile projects
- Deep experience with systems analysis and translating business requirements into functional specifications / user stories and non-functional requirements
- Deep experience documenting business and system processes including workflow diagrams
- API Integration experience
Job Description
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence, HipChat, BitBucket)
- Familiarity with distributed multi-tier web-applications utilizing web-services and APIs to integrate with downstream systems
- Experience facilitating system demonstrations and light training activities including the development of training material
- Strong organizational and planning skills but willing to adapt when necessary; Able to multi-task through shifting priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills
- Write technical user stories
- Commercial banking/Business Banking experience
- work on the TSYS, High Radius, Deluxe SSO integration
