Must Haves: 
  • 3+ years of experience with Genesys Workspace Web Edition 
  • Genesys Agent Desktop and tools 
  • Digital solutions (Chat, Chat Bots, Email, and Social Media) 
Job Description: 
  • Interfaces with business and technical users. Provides expertise during workshop sessions (identifies gaps and issues, recommends areas of opportunity), performs post workshop analysis, high-level sizing and planning for implementation. 
  • Understands the capabilities of the Genesys Agent desktops and tools, digital solutions (Chat, Chat Bots, Email, and Social Media) including their routing and interaction capabilities. 
  • Evaluates the interaction between the Genesys components (agent desktop, chat interface etc) and the business systems to determine the high-level integration, security and design requirements and technology dependencies. 
  • Documents business requirements in the form of user stories.
