Our Financial client requires a Centralized Transformation Process Specialist to help in providing superior support and expertise to centralized services employees and the organization related to procedures and process mapping

The Centralized Transformation Process Specialist is responsible for providing superior support and expertise to centralized services employees and the organization related to procedures and process mapping. Other duties include mapping processes, rules, procedures, and work instructions in corporate systems and ensuring the lifecycle of organizational processes are managed for all stakeholders.

Must Haves:

• Undergraduate degree with a focus in process improvement or project management experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years process improvement experience
• Experience working with SQL is preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is a nice to have
• Strong ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a logical approach
• Strong understanding of various types of application software and the role that each application plays in a given process
• Strong communication skills including the ability to write clearly and concisely, interact with users of varying levels of expertise and communicate technical information to non-technical users
