This position is responsible for responding to all technical/systems service requests from employees of this Financial organization and its subsidiaries via phone or email, as well as performing server, desktop and peripheral break/fix. In addition to providing remote support, the position will be responsible for providing desktop technical support to internal customers of the organization and its subsidiaries.

Must Haves:
  • A minimum of four years’ experience with computer systems including data, local or wide area networks, server (including working with virtualization technologies) and software/hardware assessment and repair.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of; TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VoIP and cloud technologies (Office 365, Azure, Teams).
  • Strong knowledge of Unified Communications and Citrix.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications.
  • Flexibility to work hours outside of regular work week including weekends and evenings.
  • Microsoft Professional Certification preferred
  • Cloud certifications (Azure) preferred
  • Level 5 drivers license
