Location Address: Hybrid - WFH & on site at 44 King St 22-24 floor
Contract Duration: ASAP until Oct 31, 2022 – 5 months

Responsibilities:
• Is accountable for planning the end-to-end design of significant processes and programs (the full journey)
• Define and implement project governance for the program, including forums (working group/steering committee), reporting audience/cadence, RACI, communication/escalation protocols etc.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and support various stakeholders (business lines, technical SMES etc.) during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
• Works with analytics and understand data needs to ensure dependencies are met
• Monitor and report on project progress continuously, providing ongoing oversight and communication on critical path items, such as milestones and key deliverables
• Onboard initiatives to data platforms to ensure projects are executed on time
• Responsible for project and portfolio level reporting for all workstreams/use cases; includes tracking, financial and status reporting, executive dashboard etc.
• Host project meetings with teams and steering committees; providing updates on milestones, RACI, workflow, communication, and team norms
• Identifies and recommends opportunities to leverage, reuse and scale across use cases
• Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities; appropriately informs project stakeholders

Must Have Skills:
1) 5-7 years of IT Project Management experience, with experience in large enterprises, preferably in the banking industry
2) 3+ years of Program Management Experience, preferably within financial institutions
3) Track record managing projects of high complexity, high risk and large budgets ($10 Million+)
4) Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools (e.g., CA PPM) and techniques

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Understanding of Agile project management principles and practices and experience managing projects in an Agile environment

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred
PMP certification preferred
Scrum Master Certification (CSM) and/or master’s degree / MBA are an asset
