Project Manager to assist in the implementation of a CRM (MS Dynamics)

Our valued public sector client is looking for a Project Manager to assist in the implementation of a CRM (MS Dynamics) Solution

- Experience working in an Ajile environement
- Develop and deliver a Return on Investment (RoI) document 
- Develop and deliver a Business Case for the implementation of a CRM tool (MS Dynamics)
- Develop and deliver a Change Management Plan that would cover the requirements to successfully implement an enterprise solution.
- Develop a high level, enterprise, implementation plan across various stakeholder communities of a CRM solution.

Assist in:
a) Gathering requirements from stakeholders across the department in delivering a CRM program;
b) Coordinate the efforts of subject matter experts (SME’s) in the delivering of individual components;
c) Provide CRM team with appropriate user stories that align to the process and information to be captured in the CRM solution;
e) Create testing plans in order to test and accept solution designs and releases.
