Our client is looking for an Intermediate PHP (Laravel) Developer to work on custom business software in an OpenShift hosting environment - 17652
Initial 10-months contract with strong potential for multiple extensions. FULLY REMOTE working in PST hours.
Requirements:
• Joining an Agile team and participating in Agile processes and meetings as appropriate.
• Work with the client as part of the Agile team to define requirements
• Build greenfield products or enhance existing products using PHP and the Laravel Framework.
• Test and validate development work including assisting client in developing appropriate test scrips
• Work with larger development team to deploy changes and enhance the CI/CD pipeline as part of continuous improvement.
• Work with a BI/API team to develop API based data integrations
• Manage work using Github and other tools as appropriate.
• Translates business and technical requirements into test cases, scenarios and scripts.

Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Software Developer
- 3+ years with PHP (Laravel) development
- Ability to work directly with client/strong oral and written English.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- OpenShift experience
- DevOps experience for OpenShift
