Our telecommunications client is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager to support new supplier onboardings, new solutions introductions and managing onboarded suppliers in B2B market - 17814

Initially a 12-months contract with possibility of extensions. FULLY REMOTE across Canada working in PST hours. Target start date is Mid-August 2022.

Must-Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Vendor Managementnegotiating price and agreements with suppliers/customers
  • Comprehensive understanding of strategic sourcing concepts, best practices, agreements and negotiations related to the procurement of hardware, software and SaaS.
  • A bachelor degree.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Business degree, MBA, and/or Law degree
  • Experience in working for Telecommunications, industry leading hardware, software, SaaS, cloud companies.
Responsibilities:
  • Join the exciting journey of introducing new solutions to the market. You will lead contract negotiations with suppliers using your critical thinking and contract experience while being contract advisor to business.
  • Negotiate reseller agreements with suppliers for B2B - mainly new supplier agreements but also amending existing agreements
  • You will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, administering and managing commercial contracts associated with hardware, software, SaaS and service to support new supplier onboardings, new solutions introductions and managing onboarded suppliers in B2B market.
