Must haves:
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience and knowledge of Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Zachman Framework including business / information /application / technology / security architectures.
- Experience in successfully developing funding packages, business cases, and cost- benefit analysis for business I&IT initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile project management and development practices (managing the backlog, preparing and supporting the scrum master, sprint planning, creating user stories etc.

Strong Nice to Have: 
Health Care experience - whether it is from Ministry level, or health care agencies.
I.e Knowledge and experience with Health related or Health Insurance related projects. 

Job Details

·      Prepare and present complex/strategic communications material including issues management responses, proposals, briefing materials, and presentations for senior management decision-making
·      Developing funding packages, business cases, and cost- benefit analysis for business I&IT initiatives.
·      Lead and conduct analysis at varying levels of detail in order to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documenting the assessments.
·      Monitoring progress, resolving problems and reporting regularly to I&IT management and clients’ decision makers.
·      Document new requirements and complete analysis and design document.
·      In-depth knowledge of industry standard methodologies such as I&IT project management and development (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) methodologies.
Desirable Skills
·       Effective consulting skills to engage with all stakeholders with proven track record for building strong working relationships.
·       Strong facilitation and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport with stakeholders and drive negotiations to a successful outcome.
·       Experience with cloud-hosting and integration of micro-services.
·       In-depth knowledge of industry standard such as Project Management Institute (PMI) and I&IT project management methodologies.
·       Highly proficient using MS Office products.
·       Experience adopting and adhering to unified I&IT project methodology, architecture and gating processes, and standard systems development methodologies.

About Project:
The Payment Registration I&IT Solutions Branch (PRSB) has many highly visible, critical and non-discretionary commitments for the OHIP portfolio, including support of optimization of claims submission, processing, payment, and reporting. As a result of these initiatives, additional resources are required. These resources will provide analysis, leadership, and architectural support to key PRSB mission critical systems and projects, including claims optimization initiatives, as well as operational sustainment and maintenance.
