Our valued public sector client is looking for a Senior (bilingual) Business Analyst to collect and process data related to service standards, client satisfaction, and service delivery.

The Business Analyst will support the business line in its measurement of service standards, client satisfaction via surveys and, questionnaires, and connects clients to drive service quality improvements and implement efficiency benefits for users and Canadians.

Tasks include:
  • Engage all stakeholders as identified by the project team, conduct an environmental scan, and prepare associated communication materials
  • Make recommendations for next steps for improvement purposes
  • Process large amounts of information (quantitative and qualitative data)
  • Identify relationships and trends in data, as well as any factors that could affect research results
  • Collect data from POR (Public Opinion Research), internal and client surveys, questionnaires related to service standards, client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Presenting results to a variety of audiences, ranging from front line workers to senior leadership, using audience-appropriate approaches (e.g. briefing notes, dashboards, PowerPoint presentation and in-person/MS Team calls with video)
  • Collaboration with other PSPC Service Lines and Enablers for capacity planning
Must have:
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
  • 10 years experience as a Business Analyst

  • Experience collecting data (surveys, questionaires, etc.) and presenting results to various audiences
