Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to develop business improvement processes using intelligence or cyber security products for a defence infrastructure project. 

Project Description:
CANSOFCOM  (Canadian Special Operations Forces Command) develops, generates and, where required, employs and sustains Special Operations Task Forces (SOTF) capable of achieving tactical, operational and strategic effects required by the Government of Canada. This project will support the enhancement of IM/IT capabilities, capacity and effectiveness through the design and development of new infrastructure, networks, systems, operational and support processes, as well as decision support capability.
 
Must Haves:
  • Secret Clearance
  • 2 years of experience designing and developing military intelligence training 
  • 10 years within a military, intelligence or Canadian safety environment
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering or Software Project Management
 
 The Business Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following task:
  • Analyze, evaluate, develop business processes (financial, operational, systems, etc.);
  • Identify organizational and/or project business opportunities for improvement and streamlining of business processes;
  • Identify and evaluate critical success parameters, factors and performance measurements;
  • Assist other stakeholders in development and implementation of business improvement processes and programs;
  • Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders;
  • Deliver presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussion;
  • Deliver all required documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio; and
  • Work with a project manager (PM), technical authority, project team members and other stakeholders from DND, Government of Canada (GC) and allied partners
