The Document Controller or Business Analyst will manage a library of  the firm’s client facing documents. Work closely with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to arrive at document requirements and contribute to the firm’s migration from paper workflow to digital workflow. The client uses Hummingbird as thier internal document system. Computershare is used for documents going out to their clients. Kofax is used for scanning & Fax. Doxim is used for the physical printing of documents. 

Must Haves:
  • A minimum of 3 years in a Document Controller or Business Analayst role managing an organizations documents
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Acrobat (specifically fillable forms creation/editing, optimization, PDF formats);
  • Comfortable with basic image editing software (Photoshop or similar, Paint.NET, etc.);
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with MS Office applications; 
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, extremely detail oriented;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp abstract concepts;
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Docusign, Hummingbird, Computershare, Kofax, Doxim are all nice to have
