Senior Documentation Specialist with experience in IT Service Management to analyze, modify, and create Written Collaborative Agreements (WCA)

Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Documentation Specialist with experience in IT Service Management to analyze, modify, and create Written Collaborative Agreements (WCA).

Our client oversees enterprise ITSM processes, ensuring alignment between Process Managers and Practitioners within CRA, CBSA and SSC by managing and creating collaborative agreements.

Responsibilities to include: 

• Performing a current state assessment of existing WCAs taking into consideration the agreement timelines
• Evaluating existing documentation and WCAs in comparison to the vision/mission/mandate/ business requirements of the involved agencies
• Develop the structure, engage, identify and collaborate with stakeholders to modify/create the WCA content
• Coordinate with management to review and signoff on WCA content 
• Assist with maintaining the WCA’s by creating the reports, analysing and recommending improvements

Must Haves:

• 10+ years experience in technical writing
• Experience working within an ITSM environment
• Previous experience supporting the development of service level agreements or other WCAs (including but not limited to Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Regional IT Support Agreements, Bookend support Agreements, etc)

Nice to Haves:

• ITIL Certification
