The Capital Markets team is recruiting for a Senior Know Your Client (KYC) consultant to operate aspects of our KYC program. 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
  • Reviewing and/or updating  KYC procedures and/or associated forms
  • Reviewing feedback from other units (e.g. QC/QA, Issues Management, Policy & Procedures), following up to ensure feedback is addressed, and – where appropriate – working with stakeholders to address root causes
  • Producing or updating Job Aides, Training Presentations, and Training Case studies in collaboration with the Training Manager on areas where improvements are needed
  • Refinement and development of training materials and courses
  • Build out of training certification program for KYC team
  • Producing management reporting on BAU status
  • Assisting on larger change projects and/or improving BAU KYC processes; with the goal to ensure KYC processes designed are clear, straightforward, and well documented to enable analysts and our offshore team to successfully execute on them to meet regulatory, risk, and client satisfaction objectives
Must Haves:
  • 6+ years in KYC (at least 3+ years at a senior level) with strong knowledge of KYC, Quality Assurance and Financial Crime policies and procedures within the 1st line of defense
  • Experience creating training documentation, presentations, or building out training certification programs
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PPT)
Nice to Haves:
  • Exposure to UK, Ireland, US, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Canadian KYC regulations
  • CAMS designation (or progressing towards same)
Interview Process:
  • Phone/Video Interview Duration: 30-45 minutes
  • Screening + Panel Interview (Few sr. team members).
